Sometimes it's easier to provide support over voice with screenshares. There could be a Waiting channel for people to join and the actual Support VC would be unjoinable by members. Support Reps could move people from the waiting room to the actual VC to ensure private support

I feel that it is best to just do it over tickets, users then have a transcript, along with the administration & management.
Stick_man_sam I know some bots have a recording feature but I don't know about CoreBot. The bot could record and send a call transcript. (Commands are probably going to have to be used to start/stop the recording)
Not worth investing our time and effort to set it up.
